Description
Phenitec specializes in "front end" process of semiconductor with ODM and OEM service model. ODM or customized ODM for discrete devices (Di/Ze/Tr etc). For OEM, full foundry and design transfer: full foundry needs die design/process data, but design transfer only needs design and Phenitec will determin process conditions. Consistent wafer process with supplimentary facilities for epitaxial growth, heavy metal, and dicing process. Partial work also available. Our development focus is on power device such as Si MOSFET/IGBT, and next gen. material SiC SBD/MOSFET to achieve sustainable society.
