How to Apply for Conference Sessions
Using Your VIP Privileges
STEP1 Confirm your VIP ID
VIP ID is included in the email sent after the VIP Registration.
■ If you have not completed VIP Visitor Registration yet, please register yourself from the button below.
・Click here to register as a Highly-functional Material Week VIP Visitor.
・Click here to register as a NEPCON JAPAN / Factory Innovation Week VIP Visitor.
*You can use the VIP privileges with any VIP badge you have for the 3 exhibitions
(Highly-Functional Material Week OSAKA / NEPCON JAPN OSAKA / Factory Innovation Week OSAKA). You can also enter all the shows with your badge.
*VIP Visitor Badge will be issued to those who are qualified such as those whose job title is Manager or above.
STEP2 Select the Conferences
Please select all the conferences you would like to apply for on the conference program, and proceed to the application page.
STEP3 Please Enter your VIP ID on the Confirmation Page
After filling in the required fields, please enter your VIP ID for a discount at the bottom of the "Confirmation of contents of application" page.
*If you select Free Sessions only, the field for entering your VIP ID will not appear.
STEP4 Please Make Sure the Discount is Applied
By entering your VIP ID and applying it in STEP3, the total amount must have been changed.
*If the total amount does not change, the VIP ID may be incorrect.
Please make sure that there is no extra space in the field.
STEP5 Application Completed
An invitation to your "My Page" will be sent to your registered e-mail address after the application.
Please download the conference ticket (2D code) from "My Page".
